Just a week after she stole the spotlight at the Brownlow Medal , Annalise Dalins , the fiancée of AFL star Josh Daicos, has been taken to hospital following a health scare.

On Wednesday, the influencer shared a confronting photo of herself in recovery after suffering from a burst cyst and appendicitis.

In the photo she was seen eating an electrolyte ice block, with her doting partner sitting next to her smiling.

In the caption, she jested that that her partner would now be looking for a date to the upcoming Copeland Trophy event at The Crown Palladium in Melbourne on Friday.

"PSA: @joshdaicos looking for a Copeland date," the caption read.

"Taking a few days off. Ruptured cyst and appendicitis got me gooooodd!"
