The property was passed in on a bid from the floor of $10.2 million.

The auction in Jerilderie attracted a crowd of about 50 people, with three of the five registered bidders active at the auction.

Located 30km north east of Jerilderie, the property is renowned for livestock production, particularly high-quality Merino sheep and prime lambs.
