India has slammed Pakistan for its hypocrisy on human rights violations at the 34th Meeting of the 60th Session of the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) in Geneva on Wednesday.
Responding to the Pakistani representative’s remark a the UNHRC, Indian diplomat Mohammed Hussain said that it was ironic Islamabad was lecturing others on human rights.

“India finds it deeply ironic that a country like Pakistan seeks to lecture others on human rights. Instead of spreading propaganda, Pakistan should confront the persecution of minorities on its own soil,” Hussain said.
The Indian statement came days after Pakistan bombed its own civilians in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
