Sunshine and the 80s are back in the forecast! The extra sun and winds moving up from the south will bring us up to 82 degrees in Madison today, and we only get warmer from here for the end of the week and the start of the weekend. Friday could break our record high temperature for October 3rd, with the current record standing at 85 degrees and our forecast high for tomorrow sitting at 87 degrees. The high 80s continue for Saturday, but we'll start to see highs fall on Sunday to 83 degrees, even though we continue to see lots of sun.

Temperatures really drop on Monday, as a cold front moves through and brings our next chance for rain. This is likely to begin early Monday morning, and we'll cool to a high of just 70 d
