Speaker hands over ex-gratia amount of Rs. 4 lakh to deceased Labourer Panna Lal’s Family, Kotkapura

Punjab Vidhan Sabha Speaker S. Kultar Singh Sandhwan said that Labourer Sh. Panna Lal was a r/o Kotkapura who died due to an accident while doing construction work and he was a registered beneficiary of the Labour department Punjab. Speaker handed over an assistance amount of rupees four lakh to the deceased family.
