NEW YORK (AP) — U.S. stocks are drifting around their record heights. The S&P 500 rose 0.3% Thursday, coming off its latest all-time high. The Dow Jones Industrial Average added 92 points. The Nasdaq composite climbed 0.5% and was heading toward its own record. Technology stocks once again led the way, this time after OpenAI announced partnerships with South Korean companies for its Stargate artificial-intelligence infrastructure project. Stock indexes also rose across much of Europe and Asia. Treasury yields held relatively steady in the bond market after the U.S. government’s shutdown delayed a weekly report on unemployment claims.
