Air Marshal Narmdeshwar Tiwari, Vice Chief of the Air Staff, on Thursday visited the Ladakh sector where he reviewed the operational readiness and commended the personnel for their grit and determination in high-altitude conditions.

Officials said that during his visit, the Vice Chief interacted with the personnel deployed at a forward base and lauded their professionalism, dedication, and high morale in challenging terrain.

They said Air Marshal Tiwari also extended festive greetings to the air warriors and assured them of continued support from the Air Force leadership.

“The Vice Chief appreciated the efforts of the personnel who continue to maintain a high state of readiness while performing their duties in extreme weather and operational conditions,” officials added.
