Robert “Bob” Charles West, 82 years young, of Clarksville, OH, passed peacefully Friday, Sep. 26, 2025, at Hospice of Ohio, Dayton, with loving family by his side. Bob was born in Long Beach, CA, May 7, 1943 to Mildred “Millie” (Shaver) Thibedeau and lovingly raised by Millie and Howard Thibedeau. He graduated from Devils Lake Central High School in 1961. He enjoyed working on cars and playing hockey growing up, serving as co-captain on the DLHS varsity hockey team. After graduation, Bob moved to California and held various jobs before finding his passion working on cash registers.

Bob moved to Grand Forks where his son Richie was born and there he enjoyed stock car races and hockey. He worked for NCR throughout the northern United States, eventually climbing the ladder becoming a compute
