BATH COUNTY, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – Kentucky State Police say a man charged in connection with a deadly crash on I-64 in Bath County has not been located, even though he was scheduled to be in court Thursday morning.
According to KSP, 29-year-old Shod-Mon Yuldashev of Brooklyn, New York, was charged with tampering with physical evidence after a September 2024 crash that killed 54-year-old Troy Caldwell of Morehead.
Caldwell, a tow truck operator, was struck and killed while loading a vehicle onto his truck.
Troopers say Yuldashev has been wanted since May for failing to appear in court. Authorities continue to search for him.
