Royal Caribbean passengers say they saw increased cleaning procedures on cruise with norovirus

A norovirus outbreak sickened dozens of passengers on Royal Caribbean's Serenade of the Seas cruise ship during its two-week voyage. It returned to PortMiami on Thursday.
