The Delhi-NCR property market experienced a surge in demand during the July-September period, indicating strong demand for premium workspaces from corporates, according to Cushman & Wakefield.

Net leasing of office spaces jumped 2.5 times to 3.79 million square feet in the third quarter of this calendar year from 1.52 million square feet in the year-ago period, PTI reported.

Pan-India office space market posts robust growth

The strong performance was not limited to Delhi-NCR. Across eight major cities, including Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, and Ahmedabad, substantial growth was also observed.
