SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) -- K9 Atlas, a dedicated member of the Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office K9 Unit, is retiring after several years of service due to a recent health diagnosis.
K9 Atlas joined the Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office K9 Unit in 2018 and was partnered with Master Deputy Shane Shehan. The two completed training together and became inseparable partners in service.
