HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) - Huntingburg Police say a man was arrested on Wednesday, after he reportedly exposed himself in front of children near his home.

According to a release, officers were dispatched to a report of a man standing outside of his home fully naked while children were present at a neighboring property. Officers say they were shown a photograph of Mark Kays, 67, standing in front of a glass door to his home while fully nude.

Kays was arrested and charged with dissemination of matter or conducting performance harmful to minors, public indecency and public nudity.
