‘Bulgarian split squats.’ That’s always my answer whenever someone asks any kind of question around quick life hacks. To expand on that a little, I’ve found that whenever I’m in a situation where I feel stress levels rising, or life in general just becoming overwhelming in the moment, I take a second to take a deep breath, get up, walk to the nearest suitable surface, and do a quick round of Bulgarian split squats. Each leg to failure, nice and slow, focusing on breathing and posture.
