College support workers marched at campuses across the province after negotiations between the union and employer came to a standstill earlier this week.

The College Employer Council says union-introduced ultimatums are holding up a deal as the strike approaches its fourth week.

Michelle Hahn, a support worker at George Brown College, said fighting for job security goes beyond financial benefits; it's about valuing her work.

"It's beyond just a title, it's a life mission of mine," Hahn told CBC Toronto on the picket line Thursday, where she was one of hundreds of Ontario Public Service Employees Union (OPSEU) members rallying outside Humber College's North Campus.

OPSEU represents workers in library, facilities, and registrar services.
