In the wake of Nicole Kidman’s split from Keith Urban , a comment she made about her first divorce from Tom Cruise has gone viral.

In 2001, the “Big Little Lies” actress, 58, appeared on “The Late Show With David Letterman,” when the host, 78, asked her how the divorce with the “Mission Impossible” star, 63, was going.

“Well, I can wear heels now,” the tall actress said, referring to Cruise’s famously short stature. 8

After the audience laughed, she added, “Let’s move on. Now we move on.”

Kidman and Cruise were married from 1990 to 2001. They share two adopted children: Isabella, 32, and Connor, 30.

Urban, 57, is also shorter than Kidman. 8

Kidman filed for divorce from Urban after 19 years of marriage on Sept. 30.
