A pair of Maryland firefighters have been hit with criminal charges following petty and cruel actions that saw a college baseball game being called off back in July.
The Montgomery County firemen were taken to task for intentionally spraying water onto a community baseball field near the Silver Spring/Four Corners fire station and are alleged to have dumped gallons of water onto the field at Montgomery Blair High School on University Boulevard after an errant baseball hit a pickup truck parked near the fire station.
According to a charge document filed by the Maryland National Capital Park Police (H/T Wtop News), Captain Chris Reilly and Master Firefighter Alan Barnes sprayed the field while “driven by frustration due to repeated incidents involving baseballs striking personal vehicles,
