BROOKLYN — Vietnamese restaurant group Pizza 4P’s is opening its first U.S. location in Brooklyn, reports Retail News Asia . Founded in Ho Chi Minh City in 2011 by a pair of Japanese entrepreneurs, the chain is known for its farm-to-table philosophy, in-house cheese production and Japanese hospitality concepts. The Brooklyn branch will be Pizza 4P’s fifth international expansion, after opening branches in Japan, Cambodia, Indonesia and India.

The company is recruiting a general manager to oversee the flagship, which it hopes will test its U.S. market appeal and potential for broader national growth.
