A snake in southern California was craving more than rodents and birds this week, so it stopped at an In-N-Out Burger drive-thru to get some grub.
An employee at the burger chain’s Monrovia location found the animal on Monday, Sept. 29, according to a post from Pasadena Humane , which helped rescue the animal.
Calling the animal a "beautiful python," the shelter said the employee found the snake that afternoon. The worker called the humane shelter to arrange pickup, a spokesperson for the shelter told USA TODAY on Oct. 2.
According to the spokesperson, the python weighed 3.6 pounds and is estimated to be 3 to 4 feet long.
