Bilt, a loyalty program that offers perks on rent payments and mortgages, is moving into a nearly 60,000-square-foot building in Manhattan’s Meatpacking District – with plans to invest over $50 million in research and development and create more than 600 new jobs.
The New York startup, which operates as a payment processor , signed a 15-year lease for a vacant Samsung building now under extensive renovations at 837 Washington St., Bilt said Thursday.
Bilt expects to move into the building in early 2026. The company declined to comment on the cost of the lease. 3
