Although the next Parliament session is a month away, newly elected Vice-President C P Radhakrishnan seems to have started preparing for chairing the session. He has invited the floor leaders of the Rajya Sabha for a meeting at his official residence — Vice President Enclave, Church Road — on October 7. While some leaders had met him briefly after his election, this would be the first time all the floor leaders would get an opportunity to interact with him.
