WASHINGTON — A shocking incident takes center stage in the upcoming season of The Kardashians on Hulu.

In the official trailer for season 7, released Wednesday by Hulu, Kim Kardashian shares that she was warned by investigators about a possible threat to her life.

“I got a call from investigators,” Kardashian says in a confessional. “They said someone extremely close to me put a hit out on my life.”

The trailer then cuts to several tense moments, including footage of Kardashian getting into a blacked-out SUV, walking away from cameras concerned and later sitting in an office appearing shaken as she reads something on a computer.
