A Rankin County woman is facing multiple charges after authorities say she led deputies on a chase that ended in a rollover crash Thursday afternoon.

The Rankin County Sheriff’s Department said deputies were called to a domestic disturbance at a home on Glendale Place near the Ross Barnett Reservoir at about 12:47 p.m. The suspect, identified as Latoya Marie Wilson-Fortune, fled the residence in a maroon Nissan Rogue before deputies arrived.

Deputies attempted a traffic stop after spotting the SUV on Lakeland Drive, but Fortune allegedly refused to pull over. She was stopped once near Dogwood Festival Boulevard, but when deputies tried to remove her from the vehicle, she drove off again.
