A Hueytown man is behind bars, charged in the sexual assaults of a 14-year-old girl.

Hueytown police charged Micah Angelese Collier, 20, with three counts of first-degree rape. He was booked into the Jefferson County Jail Tuesday and remains held without bond.

Police said Collier and the young victim were acquaintances, but the alleged rapes were forced.

According to charging documents made public Wednesday, Collier drove to the victim’s home. She and three friends got into his vehicle, and one of the friends had sex with Collier in the back seat.

Afterward, as the girls exited his vehicle, police contend Collier dragged the victim back into the vehicle by her legs and raped her while she was screaming, “No.”
