NEW YORK -- After using an earlier than expected hook for Brayan Bello (2 1/3 innings, 28 pitches) and deploying Garrett Whitlock for a longer than expected 47-pitch stint in a 4-3 loss in Game 2 of this AL Wild Card Series against the Yankees, Red Sox manager Alex Cora said that it “seems like everybody’s available” for Wednesday’s decisive Game 3.
