SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - Another quiet and comfortable night ahead with temperatures eventually falling into the mid and upper 60s.
For Friday and into the weekend, no major changes are on the horizon. Other than a few passing clouds, it stays quiet with no hope for any substantial rainfall. Temperatures will remain above average with highs each day near 90.
Looking ahead to next week, we will see an increase in humidity as southerly flow takes hold. With this increase in moisture, isolated showers and storms will be possible each afternoon but nothing widespread is expected. It won’t feel very much like fall with highs staying near 90 each day and lows near 70.
A more substantial cold front could arrive late next week bringing cooler and drier air back into the ArkLaTex.
