DEXTER, Mich. (WJW) – Before pumpkin spice took over fall taste buds, another flavor ruled the season: apple cider! And if you’re looking for some of the best around, it’s just a short drive to our neighbor up north. FOX 8’s David Moss takes us there in this week’s One Tank Trip.

Not far from Ann Arbor and along the Huron River, you'll find the Dexter Cider Mill, which has been in operation since Grover Cleveland was first elected president. It's changed hands a few times since then and is now owned by the Steinhauer family.

Dexter’s Cider Mill is open Wednesday through Sunday.

Dexter’s Apple Cider is available in pints, half-gallons and gallons. They also have hot spice cider, hard cider and cider slushies.
