He offers Hen (Aisha Hinds) a spot on his "everyday heroes" space trip. When her wife, Karen (Tracie Thoms) declines the invitation, she somehow convinces her bff Athena (Angela Bassett) to join the trip. As with most of Athena's travel plans, things go awry almost immediately.
