ROCK ISLAND, Ill. (KWQC) - The city of Rock Island is hosting its 2nd annual open house on Saturday.

The event will take place from 10 a.m. until noon in front of the police and fire stations on 5th Avenue between 12th and 14th Streets.

Attendees will able to explore city vehicles including fire trucks, police cars, snow plow, bucket trucks, and more.

Attendees will have the opportunity to meet the mayor and other city staffers along with police and firefighters.

K-9 Blue of the Rock Island Police Department will also be showing off his skills and tricks for the attendees.
