ORONO -- Following years of construction, Our Lady of Wisdom Catholic Church opened on the University of Maine Orono campus.

The Diocese of Portland's Bishop, Most Reverend James Ruggieri, and the Parish of the Resurrection of the Lord celebrated a dedication Mass for the new church.

The Bishop says the two-year project was made possible with perseverance and prayer.

During his dedication, Ruggieri thanked everyone who helped with the construction and planning of the church for their dedication and work.
