Geneva’s Natural Resources Committee will spotlight sandhill cranes during its next lecture series presentation at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 25, at the Geneva Public Library, 227 S. Seventh St. in Geneva.

At the event, the Kane County Forest Preserve District will share information on sandhill cranes, which are well-known for their distinctive calls and can be frequently seen in the area during the spring and fall migration seasons, according to a press release about the presentation.
