DUBUQUE, Iowa (KCRG) - The University of Dubuque has launched a three-year, $150 million Momentum Campaign to provide future students with new resources, facilities, and opportunities.
University President Travis L. Frampton, PhD, announced the campaign with UD’s Board of Trustees, faculty, staff, alumni, and friends on Thursday. The announcement was made in the Heritage Center’s John and Alice Butler Hall.
The Momentum Campaign invests in students, providing them with the scholarships, facilities, innovative programs, and transformative experiences needed to prepare them to becoming future leaders.
The university broke ground on the Chlapaty Center of Innovation after the announcement. Alumnus Joe Chlapaty and his wife Linda donated $35 million dollars for the center.
