SAND ROCK – Sand Rock swept area volleyball rival Pleasant Valley on Thursday. The scores were 25-16, 25-18 and 26-24.

Caitlyn Lynch delivered 12 kills for the Lady Wildcats (17-13). Molly Grace Lay posted 17 digs and a pair of aces. Maddie Clanton collected 28 assists and 14 digs. Megan Smith managed seven kills.

Emma Sipsy contributed 18 digs, five kills, and a pair of blocks. Macey Pruitt came away with five kills and two blocks. Paitlyn Hughes finished with six kills, 13 digs, and three aces.

Sand Rock plays in a tournament at Supreme Courts in Guntersville on Saturday.
