Auburn basketball conducted its Pro Day Wednesday afternoon where the team practiced in front of a group of NBA scouts.

One week since being named the head coach, Auburn coach Steven Pearl described the first couple weeks of practice as energetic.

“Pro day today was a good day. It was good for our guys to get out there and compete. We did a lot of scrimmaging today,” Pearl said Wednesday. “One of the things that stands out is, offensively, we’re going to have a chance to be really good.”

“Monday and Tuesday we had two more really great practices,” Pearl added. “I know a couple of you guys were in the gym, and the energy was just off the charts. Our guys have been incredibly resilient, they’ve responded, and they’ve done a great job of handling some adversity.”
