AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi on Thursday said that in India, it is easier for someone to say “I love Modi” than to say “I love Muhammad.” His comments come amid continuing tension in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, following last week’s violent protests over “I Love Muhammad” posters.
The internet was blocked in four districts of the Bareilly division. Many security forces were deployed on the streets on Thursday. This was done because of the Dussehra celebrations and the Friday prayers.
