SALISBURY — Shattering shame, fostering education, becoming confident and creating open conversation are some of the purposes that Jante Gibson-Bryant would like to see as a result of Flow, the name of her upcoming reproductive health and menstrual awareness event she will be offering.

Founder and CEO of Awakenher Wellness Inc., Bryant will host the event through her nonprofit organization on Oct. 18 from noon to 6 p.m. at the Salisbury Civic Center, 315 Martin Luther King Jr. Ave. S., Salisbury.
