Aja Rossum scored three goals and added an assist as Middletown girls soccer beat Big Spring 5-1 Thursday.

Vivian Carper and Safia Aman each scored a goal for the Blue Raiders. Sophia Romberger finished with two assists, and MacKenna Pacheco had one.

Ophelia Radabaugh scored the lone goal for Big Spring. Naomi Wert finished with 17 saves in the matchup.

Middletown is now 8-4-1 after the win. Big Spring fell to 1-14.
