SRINAGAR : A policeman was found dead under mysterious circumstances in Jammu and Kashmir’s Rajouri district, officials said on Friday. The deceased, identified as Constable Shubam Choudhary, was posted in Poonch and had been returning from Nowshera town to his native village when the incident took place. Officials said Choudhary’s body was recovered during the intervening night of Thursday and Friday. “The body was spotted and subsequently shifted for medico-legal formalities. A postmortem is being conducted to ascertain the exact cause of death,” an official said.
