A forces charity is looking to hit a Christmas century.
For a number of years, Southwest RNR has been helping former service personnel retrain for a new career by putting them through HGV lorry driver training.
And the charity’s boss Robin Hood is hoping to hit a magic milestone before the end of the year.

Robin, who lives near Mossdale, said: “We’ve helped 90 so far and I’m aiming for 100 for Christmas.
“I couldn’t have done what I’ve done without the support of the Veterans’ Foundation and the people of Dumfries and Galloway.”
