John Strange has admitted the fitness of Amber Hall remains up in the air as the Sydney Roosters prepare for Sunday afternoon's NRLW grand final.

The 30-year-old forward failed to return in the second half of last weekend's prelim against the Sharks due to a calf issue.

Hall has since been named in the extended squad for the Tricolours and could still be a late inclusion for the final 17 on game day at Accor Stadium. Advertisement

Speaking to media on Thursday ahead of the decider, Strange was asked where Hall sat between one and 10 when it comes to taking the field against the Broncos.
