SHASTA COUNTY, Calif. - The Shasta County Veterans Services Office is teaming up with the United Way of Northern California and around 60 other local service organizations to host a Veterans Resource Fair.

The event will take place on October 16 at the Shasta County Fairgrounds, Lassen Hall in Anderson.

This free event is open to all veterans, their families, and anyone interested in learning about the services available to veterans in Shasta County. The fair will run from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Lassen Hall, located at 1890 Briggs Street.

The fair will feature a variety of organizations, including American Career Training, Parkinsons Association, Cal Vet, Redding Rancheria, Dignity Health, and Salvation Army. Other participants include the Disability Action Center, Shasta College, Faith W
