Middlesbrough boss Rob Edwards has placed massive significance on growing his bond with supporters since joining the club this summer - and showed his class this week with a classy gesture.

After Boro took almost 2,400 fans all the way to Southampton last weekend, they have also sold out their full 2,100 allocation of tickets for the slightly longer trip to Portsmouth just a week later. It’s yet another example of the incredibly dedicated fanbase that Boro boasts.
