Walmart is delivering sourdough loafs to Swifties who ordered "The Life of a Showgirl" vinyl before Oct. 3.

When it comes to Taylor Swift's sourdough obsession, Walmart is rising to the occasion for "The Life of a Showgirl."

Swifties who ordered the new album vinyl in time for delivery on Oct. 3 were also surprised with a loaf of sourdough, Walmart told USA TODAY.

The retail giant said customers who pre-ordered the vinyl album on its website before 9 p.m. local time on Oct. 2 were set to receive free delivery by 7 a.m. local time on Oct. 3.

The bread bonus is a nod to Swift's sourdough baking hobby, which she revealed on the "New Heights" podcast in August.

“With Taylor Swift’s 'The Life of a Showgirl' album launch, we knew speed would be important for fans,” said David Guggina, Walmart U.S.'s executive vice resident and chief e-commerce officer, said in a statement to USA TODAY. “We paired pre-orders with a surprise loaf of our Marketside sourdough bread, a playful nod to Taylor’s latest baking obsession. Our goal is always to exceed customer expectations, no matter how, when, or where they shop.”

Why is Walmart sending loafs of sourdough bread to Swifties?

Walmart said customers who ordered the vinyl album by 9 p.m. local time on Oct. 2 will receive a free loaf of its private brand Marketside sourdough bread.

This means that fans who haven't already placed their order won't be eligible for the free loaf anymore.

Deliveries will be made nationwide by 7 a.m. local time to the customer.

The surprise is a nod to Swift's known love for sourdough bread.

Other retailers have also rolled in the dough: Funfetti launched a Swift-inspired sourdough bread mix and KitchenAid is hosting a giveaway for a special mixer in "Tangerine Twinkle."

Taylor Swift says sourdough has 'taken over my life'

During her appearance on Jason and Travis Kelce's "New Heights" podcast in August, Swift revealed that she's in her sourdough era.

From cinnamon swirl to blueberry lemon, Swift said her interest in bread making has become an "obsession that has taken over my life."

"It's gotten pretty crazy over here. I'm just always baking bread and texting my friends and being like, "Can I send you some bread? I need some feedback,'" she said.

Ever since, Swifties and bakers alike have embraced the singer's sourdough skills.

"Taylor Swift…you here?" one Reddit user posted on a sourdough channel in August.

"Heard you might need a sourdough recipe or two @Taylor Swift & @Travis Kelce," Gordon Ramsay said on a video posted to TikTok. "Trust me I’m Bready for It."
