Georgia basketball c oach Mike White received a boost in annual pay along with his recent contract extension.
White’s annual compensation rose to $3.91 million, according to information obtained in an open records request by the Athens Banner-Herald.
Georgia and White agreed to a three-year contract extension that school announced last week that runs through the end of the 2031 season.
The former Florida coach was due to make $3.71 million in his fourth season with the Bulldogs after receiving $3.61 million the previous year.
His new total pay would move him from 33 rd to 24 th in total pay among men’s basketball coaches based on USA Today’s survey of coaching salaries from last season.
