The county saw a total of 72 residential real estate sales during the past week, averaging $368,502. The average price per square foot was $199.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Sept. 22 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

A 2,108-square-foot single-family home at 76 Weston Drive in Woolwich Township has been sold. The price was $555,000, $263 per square foot. The house was built in 2023. The deal was finalized on Sep. 11.
