Rapper Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is awaiting sentencing in New York after being found guilty on two counts of transporting individuals for prostitution. The charges stem from him arranging what he described as ‘freak-offs,’ which involved flying girlfriends and male sex workers across the US for sexual encounters.
Ahead of his sentencing, Combs submitted a four-page letter to the judge on Thursday, October 2, seeking leniency. In it, he attributed his past actions to drug addiction, expressed deep remorse for all of the hurt and pain he caused, and claimed that his 13 months in a Brooklyn jail had reformed him.
"I literally lost my mind. I'm sorry for that and always will be. My domestic violence will always be a heavy burden that I will have to forever carry."
