A Plympton hotel which is loved by Peter Andre has been told to improve its food hygiene rating after it received a two-star rating during its last inspection.
The check-up for St Elizabeth's House took place in May by the Food Standards agency. It saw a finding of "improvement necessary" in the areas for cleanliness plus the condition of its facilities and building.
This criteria pertains to, "Cleanliness and condition of facilities and building (including having appropriate layout, ventilation, hand washing facilities and pest control) to enable good food hygiene."
The venue scored a good rating for hygienic food handling and a generally satisfactory for the category of management of food safety.
