Meerut, Oct 3: A shocking incident in Meerut has raised serious concerns over law and order after a man was shot three times by his friend in just 11 seconds, with the act captured on video and circulated online.

The 11-second clip, uploaded on social media, shows Adil being shot in the chest by his friend while an accomplice filming urges him to “drop it.” The shooters then flee the scene on a motorcycle. Adil’s body was later recovered near a tubewell, and police are verifying whether he was alive when the video was recorded.
