A house in Skillman that sold for $1.5 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Somerset County in the past week.

The county saw a total of 25 residential real estate sales during the past week, averaging $728,905. The average price per square foot was $357.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Sept. 22 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

The sale of the single-family house at 341 Greenfield Road in Bridgewater has been finalized. The price was $635,000. It was built in 1988 and has a living area of 1,533 square feet. The price per square foot was $414. The deal was finalized on Sep. 5.
