MARION COUNTY, Ore. (KPTV) - A man is facing multiple charges including manslaughter after a deadly crash near Gervais on Monday, according to the Marion County Sheriff’s Office.

The crash happened on Sept. 29 near the 7200 block of St. Louis Road Northeast. The sheriff’s office says a black Ford Ranger pickup truck rolled and sustained major damage.

Three passengers in the pickup truck were hurt. One passenger, 27-year-old Juan Garibo, of Salem, was taken by Life Flight to a hospital where he later died.

Another passenger sustained a broken neck, and the third passenger required stitches for a leg injury, according to the sheriff’s office.
